4. Your favorite movie can do:
Watch your favorite movie if you see yourself diving on the opposite shore. Well, a good indulgence in a movie you love or anything that reinforces your mind makes you more divergent on other platform. The ultimate goal is uplifting those dejected hormones, only you can make it.
5. Cuddle your loving person:
Your favorite person in the world could be your mom, dad, husband, sister, brother or anyone who embraces a positive aura around you. This is one of the recent therapies I got to know from a psychiatrist friend, who says that standing before the mirror and analyzing your fall out emotions is the best way to recollect the wid you and makes you cheerful back. As you feel alive in high emotions, do not let it go.
7. Smile:
Smile could be a real or fake one, some you need to do forcefully and others which gives you a good belly laugh. But persistently smiling is not possible, so make sure you smile intrinsically. As smiling from your inner soul is the perfect remedy to offer you bliss. Make sure you glide with these emotions to remain lived up.
8. Love your pet:
Your pet does not understand your language, but it certainly imbibes your essence which makes your pet and you share a bond. A bond which is not embarked by artificial emotions but true vibes is shared. This speechless bond is great to withstand you on the grounds of positivity and making you alive.
9. Eat your ice cream:
When you are low, this a great remedy to cheer you up. Eating a scoop of one, two or for that matter countless, can simply pushes you to ecstasy. When you indulge in your savoring desires, you fall out on other things that were occupying your head and making you that sad facet person.
10. Dance:
To dance it is not necessary that you follow the rules. Dance could be anything from tapping your feet to just some hand movements which go altogether. It is said to be the best way to release your stress hormones and making you all jazzed up. Dance till you achieve it, it is a great way to sweat out and burst out your anger.
