Jaya Bachchan cited the heavy costumes worn by Amit Ji as the reason for his back and neck pain

The news of Amitabh Bachchan scared everybody across the industry and his well-wishers outside of it. The actor took to his blog to inform his fans and friends that a team of doctors will visit him. He wrote that doctors to “fiddle around” with his body.

Everyone was taken by shock. Later, Jaya Bachchan told the media at Parliament House in Delhi that “Amitji is fine. He has pain in the back and neck. The costumes are very heavy, so there’s some pain. Otherwise, he is fine.” Amitabh Bachchan is currently shooting for Thugs of Hindostan, co-starring Amir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

As Amitabh Bachchan happens to be in Jodhpur, Rajasthan CM Raje instantly asked officials of the Jodhpur administration to ensure that Amitabh gets timely medical aid and care, in an official statement released from her office.

The picturesque Mehrangarh Fort is the venue for Thugs of Hindostan. Touted to be the year’s Bollywood blockbuster, the film demanded the actor to shoot at odd hours and late night shoots for the actor. The film is slated to release during Diwali 2018. “When they say not, it is the right impetus to say and deliver that it has been successful and achieved,” Amitabh Bachchan said on the blog.

“It’s been rough. But whenever did any be achieved without it? There is struggle and disappointment and pain and sweat and tears. Then the expectation of all working out. Sometimes it does, most of the times not. That not is the catalyst,” he added.

Last year, the actor had also informed that he is suffering from stiff neck and shoulder pain. He cited the stunts he did in the 1970s and 1980s as the reason for pain.

Recently Jaya Bachchan declared movable and immovable assets worth Rs. 493 crore in her affidavit to the Election Commission. This news had caused a stir across the country.
