ANDROID vs IOS; Let’s Sort This Out Today

ANDROID vs ios

Like seriously people? This is no doubt one of the most talked about topic in a country like India after cricket, entertainment and Salman Khan. It is the 21st century, and people in this century are divided as the users of smartphones and the users of iPhone. The number of people using smartphones is high when compared to the iPhone. The reason for this is the basic fact that i-phones are exclusively manufactured by a single company and the smartphones by a number of companies. So the varieties and the quantities of smartphones are more. There has been a continuous debate on which one of the two is better. The difference in the two comes from their operating systems. Smartphones have Android and iPhone has IOS. So basically, it is Android vs IOS.

Well, both Android and IOS are great mobile platforms. Both are absolutely fine at their respective places but when compared, there a few points that come out. The first point of difference between the two is that Android allows its users to customize their mobiles more than IOS does. Android users can give different looks to their mobiles by downloading different applications and themes which are not available in IOS operating system. They can actually make their mobiles look like the way they want. This is certainly not the case with IOS as it focuses more on the user interface to provide a faster experience and a fluid run to its users. Android has Google-Play for its users to download applications and it has more interesting, engaging and colorful applications than the Apple App Store in IOS has. But then, IOS is a very smooth operating system as it constantly gets updated and doesn’t have as many components as Android have.

The biggest point of difference between the two is the cost. Android is available at a much cheaper cost with number of facilities than the IOS. Also, Android is available on number of handsets so people get a lot of options when choosing an Android mobile. So, when it comes to Android vs IOS, it can all be said and understood in a single line which is- ‘Android is for masses and IOS is for classes.’
