The recipe is simple. You need to bring some oats to a mixing bowl and make it little drizzled with water. Now, take equal quantities of olive oil, eggs and brown sugar and blend them. Add this mixture to the first one allow it to set.

In another bowl, you can mix flour, baking soda, black pepper, rosemary and sea salt. Further the, whisk it well and stir in the Permesan. Now add both prepared mixtures and blend them well. Granola bars can be prepared using below ingredients:

1/2 cups classic oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal, puffed millet, high-fiber cereal mix, crushed pretzel sticks, or any other crispy grain or cereal
1/2 cup nuts (chopped), like peanuts, cashews and almonds
1/2 – 1 cup dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, or cherries
Half a cup brown rice syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extracts
One fourth of teaspoon salt
1/2 – 1 spoon spices, like cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (which is optional to use)
3 tablespoons peanut butter or 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Simply mix the ingredients in a pan and give it light pressure with oiled hands. Bake the prepared bars in oven for at least 20 minutes and cool them after then. Store them in your favourite container to chew on an empty stomach.

3. Coconut Mango Oat Muffins

Make a mixture of baking powder, salt, oats and oat flour with all-purpose flour. Add the unsweetened coconut in that. 4 cups of rolled oats
2 cups of chopped almonds
1 and 1/2 cups of unsweetened dried coconut
1 cup of oat bran
3/4th cup of brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons fine salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup egg whites (these are optional to add)
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
1 cup raisins

Merge the ingredients together. Dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Then combine the bowl ingredients, keeping raisins aside. Bake them for about 20 minutes until they turn brown. After cooling them, you can store them for whenever you feel famished.

5. Homemade Cracker Jack

Possibilities are endless for these sweet and crispy quick travel food. You can store them however you want and they are capable enough to make you feel full and light at the same time.

Melt some butter in a pan on medium flame. Add corn syrup, brown sugar, molasses and salt. Increasing the heat to medium-high, boil it gently.

After then, remove it from the flame and add into baking soda and vanilla. After that, your job is to coat the corns puffs in hot caramel. Till the mixture is hot, you can use your hands and after it gets cool, you can simply use the gloves.
