The teaser of Irrfan Khan starrer Blackmail was recently unveiled by the actor on his official Twitter handle. He mentioned that the film is a quirky comedy and the trailer is going to be released on February 22.

The teaser reveals minimal details about the film and hence it keeps the viewer intrigued till the end. It shows Irrfan Khan running in boxers with a paper bag covering his face, while a few men are chasing him.
A voiceover by the actor reveals that he is a married man and he has done committed some “historical kind” because of which now he has to run with a paper bag of lingerie store covering his head and he is also holding a packet in his hand.
The teaser raises many questions like what crime has the man committed, why is he being chased, and why is he running bare-chested in just boxers? The title of the film also changes from BlackMail to BlackMale which further raises many questions.
The film is directed by Abhinay Deo, the filmmaker responsible for Delhi Belly while the production is handled by T Series and RDP Motion Pictures. The release date could be around April. Apart from Irrfan, other key roles are played by Divya Dutta, Omi Vaidya, and Kirti Kulhari.
The fact that the film has Irrfan Khan in the lead is enough to attract viewers to the theatre. The actor never fails to impress his fans; no matter what the genre is.
