The much awaited CBSE Board 12th Class Result is out and once again girls have beaten the boys in being upfront academically. The topper girl is Sukriti Gupta from Montfort School in Ashok Vihar, Delhi with 99.4% and then there are two students from Haryana with 2nd and 3rd positions.
The examination was conducted between March 1 and April 22. Out of 1040368 students 92% have passed this year, in which 88.58% are girls and 78.85% are boys. Thiruvananthpuram and then Chennai are the two cities with the highest merit students. Among differently abled students, Mudita Jagota of DAV Public School, Faridabad scored 485 or 97% marks and Siddhartha Bistar of Kendriya Vidyalaya, RK Puram came second with 484 marks.
The results were declared both online and through phones. This time the students can get their mark sheets digitally from www.digilocker.com.
An official statement said, “The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE. The results will also be available via Android mobile app-DigiResults,”
