The fortress cum axis point of CM Vasundhara Raje, Dholpur is undergoing by-polls which is surfacing as an interesting battle. On one side they have Congress which is almost clueless on their work progress in Dholpur and on the other hand, they have BJP which has a stronghold in the region. On top of it, they have Banwari lal Sharma who has list of defeats in his account and no record of any achievements.
Politics is one factor because Dholpur has so much more to do with CM Raje. Below we have the on ground works done in the Dholpur region.
With the help of Rs. 2, 574.50 lakh, roads of 84.13 kms have been constructed.
Last three years have been quite auspicious for Dholpur as CM Raje did not leave any stone unturned to make it appear as her own castle. This eastern Rajputana region is free from all odds and bad roads, transportation. Being a Vidhan Sabha seat, Dholpur have received all developmental luxuries during the tenure of CM Raje. In last three years, to join the cities and towns, many competent schemes like gramin gaurav path, shahri gaurav path and missing link yojana were run. With the cost of Rs. 2,574.50 crore, roads of 84.13 kms length were built.
Under Mukhyamantri Gramin Gaurav Path Yojana, 11 kms contact roads were made in 11 gram panchayats. This brought ease of movement in the pathways of villagers. From 11 regions of Dholpur Vidhan Sabha area, gramin gaurav path of Rs. 550 lakhs have been made.
Under the second phase of Gramin Gaurav Path, 6 gram panchayats have been attached to high-quality roads.
Under non-patchable and missing-link scheme, CM Raje got the road works done with the help of Rs. 1 ,664 lakh on almost 67.13 kms long road.
Dholpur has a new phase of developed infrastructure and with this CM Vasundhra Raje has a long way to go on this pathway.
