Donald Trump’s team has an unprecedented trait in entire history of the States Governance

There has been a lot of speculation around the selections for the Trump’s team. Ever since, Trump was elected as the U.S President, the president himself has been closely involved in building up a strong team of intensive risk-takers.

Finally, the whole scenario seems to be culminating into the beginning of US being governed by a new face, a new leader with an unprecedented flamboyance. The team is set and has been officially declared.

If experts are to be believed, Trump’s transition team spelled out that the cabinet is intended to be a mix of experienced Washington hands and newbies. Former presidents who brought in outside blood have at times seen political neophytes make costly errors.

Trump’s team consist of 21 members and White House advisers, 16 are white men. There are four women. There is one African-American, one Asian-American and one Indian-American. The first lady is indubiously Melania. Melania got married to Trump in 2005. She said during the campaign that, as first lady, she’d like to focus on the issue of combating cyber-bullying.

Anthony Scaramucci, an adviser to the Trump transition, has acknowledged that too much inexperience could be harmful to Trump’s young administration. “Washington is a very healthy immunological system,” he said. “You’ll see a full-blown organ rejection if you put too many status-quo disruptors in Washington.”

“Management of large, public agencies is really difficult and requires bringing in experienced and knowledgeable people and working in ways that doesn’t alienate people,” said Thomas Mann, an expert on governance at the Brookings Institution.

Here are a few nominations which have reiterated the fact that Trump’s team consist of newbies and inexperienced in governance, but immense knowledge about various other elements which might prove beneficial to the States. Take a glimpse:

1. Trump offered the post of Secretary to Tillerson, the CEO of ExxonMobil. Tillerson is a 64-year-old executive who has no government experience, but has done business in multifarious countries and has headed the largest oil company in the world.Few prominent lawmakers have already raised their concerns about Tillerson’s business ties to Russia and his relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

2. Perry served as governor of Texas from 2000 to 2015. He launched failed bids for the White House in the 2012 and 2016 Republican primaries. Interestingly, Perry had suggested that the Department of Energy should be shut down.

3. Mr. Trump tapped McMahon to lead the Small Business Administration.McMahon and her husband, Vince, are founders of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). She also recently launched a start-up that inspires women to become entrepreneurs. The president-elect said McMahon shares his vision of decreasing “burdensome regulations that are hurting our middle-class workers and small businesses.”
