Who can think of making a new house of the material that usually people through out of their houses. Broken plates, recycled windows, teak rafters, metal pipe leftovers etc. have been used in creating this brand new amazingly designed eco-friendly house in the dream city of Mumbai. Yes, you heard that right. A family in the city of Mumbai has created a house for the entire family to live in from leftovers and demolished things. Well, we know what you are thinking, what if they created one with such things we are sure that it isn’t going to look pretty. But no, that’s not correct. Once you look around this house, we bet you will be left awe-struck and jaw dropped.
‘Collage House’ in Belapur, Navi Mumbai is home to four generations of the Bhargav Family who have smartly done the interior and the exterior of the house with leftovers, recycled materials and unused products making it one of the most eco friendly house in the country. Led by architect firm S+PS Architects from Mumbai this project was started in 2006 and is now completely done.
