Under the slogan ‘Football takes over’, the 17th edition of the FIFA U-17 World Cup will be held from 6 to 28 October 2017. Organized by FIFA, the tournament is taking place in six cities of India namely New Delhi, Goa, Kochi, Guwahati, Kolkata and Navi Mumbai. This is first time India is hosting FIFA. 24 nations are going to part of this event. The teams are divided in 6 groups and the final will be held on 28 October at Kolkata.
India’s performance
In FIFA U-17 World Cup, India’s journey came to an end. The last group match turned out to be their biggest defeat in the whole tournament. India lost in the tournament by 0-4 against Ghana. Although India lost, its performance in the first half is commendable. With the loss, India ended their stint in their first FIFA World Cup ever.

The tickets of FIFA match were begun to be sold in four phases starting from 16 May to 28 October. The prices are different in all phases. Those who wish to see the match live can avail the tickets.
