Dr. Tamlin Conner who is the main researcher worked with his team and concluded that adults who were given more fruits and veggies every day for 14 days felt and unbelievable boost in vitality and motivation. So, a healthy diet must contain two cups of fruits and three cups of vegetables every day.

Conner and team assembled a team of 171 students from the age group of 18 to 25 for the study. TO one team, normal meal was served, one team was served extra fruits and vegetables every day and one group was provided prepaid vouchers and reminders to eat more fruits and veggies.
