The Congress is making all possible efforts to grab the chair, this year. The party is expecting its nasty and unethical practices to manifest into a fortune for their party. Little do they know that God has not disappeared and that their pretense and filthiness would reflect. The party is going even more aggressive in its dirty political strategies in the poll-bound states.
Let’s take an instance to understand their mentality better. The party is almost perturbed by the unfavorable outlook of the public, in the lands of Rajasthan. What is still comforting them from the increasing influence of BJP in the state – is the ritual of alternative governments. Rajasthan has always oscillated between Congress and BJP every five years, however, 2019 will weave a different story for the state (public sentiments are enough proof!)
Recently, a former Rajasthan Administrative Services officer (RAS), Rajesh Verma filed a petition against Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. The case is a forgotten one and involves a minuscule amount as compared to the host of scams led by Congress. But how could Congress lose even one chance of maligning its strongest foe? – It actually cannot afford.
The plea was filed in the Rajasthan High Court before Justice Nisha Gupta, who quashed the FIR citing the reason that the plea is already in process with the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which said that it is at the verge of conclusion and will be giving its verdict in another 10 days.
The petition revolves around the 2004 case of diversion of funds and land conversion. The case is investigating an alleged transfer of funds from IPL commissioner Lalit Modi’s hotel company (AHHPL) to Dushyant Singh’s hotel (NHHPL). While AHHPL stands for Anand Heritage Hotels Pvt Ltd, NHHPL stands for Niyant Heritage Hotels Pvt Ltd.
Ajay Kumar Jain, counsel for the RAS officer, said: “Taking note of our contentions the court has quashed the FIR and the proceedings drawn out of the FIR.” He also contended that the FIR was politically motivated. The FIR was moved by the complainants after a delay of four-and-half years and it is seen as an attempt to malign the named accused.
The irony is that every time Congress comes out to play a trick on the public and defame its opponent, they land in troubled waters themselves. What do you think?
