So, work on your reactions and try to get them out in a balanced way so that they don’t make their home in your brain. Also, talking out of your problem can also provide you with a solution to it.
3. Be Creative:
You need to spend some time creatively into a work that gives you happiness. Defining smaller tasks for finding a creative way of expressing your thoughts may work for you.
4. Workout:
Do work-out sessions or Yoga or meditation, any of such thing would be helpful for you as they drive out the negativity around you.
5. Change your Environment:
Go for a vacation for some days, may be alone or with some dear one so that new environment could fill you up with new energy.
6. List out the things for which you are grateful:
If you have forgotten all the good things that had happened to you, then it’s time for you to take a look back and thank God for his every small or big blessing.
7. Tell a joke or funny story:
