The yesterday’s game was a challenging wrangle between the two big teams. The triumph of India in yesterday’s match is a combined effort, Kohli  didn’t stay back in infusing his ever-flowing positivity in the game. After ending the battle with beating England with 75 runs, Kohli said, “It’s a memorable series win for us, the whole tour. It’s been a brilliant couple of months for the Indian team, going forward we know exactly what to do in each format”.

Earlier record spills that, England tasted the defeat by the hands of India with 4-0 in the five match test series, 2-1 in the three-game ODI match and 2-1 win in three T20 international wrangles.

Kohli has always been respectful towards his mentors and seniors and now also he paid tribute to their guidance. He mentioned it like, “It’s not a bad thing when you have MS Dhoni behind the stumps and experienced guys like Ashu bhai (Ashish Nehra) and Yuvi pa (Yuvraj Singh). I am new to limited overs cricket and they have been around long before me. I’m taking advice from them whenever possible, they’re so intelligent, a lot of credit goes to them”.

With recent step down from the post of Indian skipper, MS Dhoni contributed with 56 in the sum India’s 202, “I wanted to send (Dhoni) up the order, he’s the one who says he’ll come in later, that will give the team better balance. Come the big game, even in the one-day series, series decider, he stepped up, and he stepped up again today. He is priceless”.

Eoin Morgan (Captain of England) also confessed the mistakes they made and promptly mentioned that, India deserves the win they savoured. he said it like, “We made a fatal error in losing two in batsman when we were going so well. Outstanding bowling from Chahal, and India put in a performance worthy of winning the series. We could have done with myself or Joe getting 70 or 80 but it wasn’t meant to be tonight”.

He also tagged England’s batting performance as the worst in the last two years, but has decided not to hover on it for too long.

Indian team is getting increasingly stronger and motivated. To beat this, teams like England will really need to peep inside their weaknesses.
