Although the pressure will be more on South Africa this time because if it losses this match, India would automatically win the series. Moreover, India would also become the No.1 in ICC ODI Team Ranking.

The Pink ODI

The Proteas team is however delighted with the comeback of AB De Villiers after the injury that kept him away from the first three matches in the series. Also, this is going to be the ‘Pink ODI’ which is played for spreading awareness against breast cancer and the Proteas team has never lost any match while playing in their pink jersey.

Hopes are High

Talking about the Indian squad, the team wishes to win all the remaining matches which could be quite attainable considering the phenomenal performance of skipper Virat Kohli. In the third ODI of India vs South Africa, Kohli scored his 34th ODI ton while Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav beautifully clinched 4 wickets each.

While Kohli has scored two centuries in 2 of the 3 matches, Chahal took most of the wickets among the bowlers. Although the team is too much dependent on Virat and Chahal, hopes are high from Shikhar Dhawan and MS Dhoni as well.

The 4th ODI of India vs South Africa Series is being played in Johannesburg where both teams are aiming to give their best performance. Will India be able to break the dry spell of losing the series for 26 years? Will South Africa yet again win the pink ODI like it has always won? Will this match decide the winner of the series?
