The mega-gangster Anandpal has become a figure of worship for the Rajput community after he died amidst cross-firing between him and the police on June 25.

It is worth empathizing with the dead body, which has been subjected to undue delay in ritual cremation processes only because of the trivial demands and non-sensical politicizing from the concerned family’s end.

Shocking is the murder records filed against Anandpal. If CBI interference is demanded in Anandpal’s murder, as many as 25 other CBI investigations shall follow. It is imperative for lives of all humans to be accorded equal respect. You cannot assign more life value to a murderer and neglect the mutilation and brutality faced by the commoners. This is an absolute injustice.
