Contrary to how it sounds, breakfast is very important meal of your whole day. We have been hearing this myth since long. Breakfast is considered as more important than any other meal. Most nutritionists include a healthy and full breakfast in your diet, because, missing this can be really bad for your weight loss goals. But some new studies have shown that this advice can be a vein one for you. Here, we will have a close look at how breakfast can add into your fat body muscles rather than making you leaner.

No doubt that, people who have habit of eating healthy breakfast, they are healthier than non-eaters. These people have less chances of having chronic diseases. These so-called observational studies have another side as well. Because, this is hard to say that, it’s actually breakfast which made them healthier.
