Japanese Ambassador to India Satoshi Suzuki on Friday revealed that the nation will supply 300 oxygen generators and numerous ventilators to India which is presently confronting the second influx of COVID-19 pandemic.

Taking to Twitter, Suzuki said that Japan remains with India in its “most prominent period of scarcity”.

“Japan remains with India in her most prominent period of scarcity. We have chosen to continue with the system to give 300 oxygen generators and 300 ventilators,” he tweeted.

On Thursday, Foreign Secretary Harsh Shringla said that Japan has been a “nearby accomplice” in worldwide participation and has been receptive to a considerable lot of India’s necessities.

“Japan has been a nearby accomplice in whatever spaces of significance that are there regarding worldwide participation and (we are) glad that Japan has been receptive to a considerable lot of our necessities and here Japan has offered various things including concentrators, ventilators, and drug items,” he said in an exceptional media instructions.

India on Friday morning got Covid related help from Romania and the United Kingdom.

Taking to Twitter, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) representative Arindam Bagchi said India has gotten 80 oxygen concentrators and 75 oxygen chambers from Romania, while it got 280 oxygen concentrators from the UK.

The flood in the COVID-19 cases keeps on influencing India as the country on Thursday recorded 3,79,257 new COVID-19 cases just now. This is the most elevated single-day spike in the cases since the pandemic started a year ago.

The deteriorating COVID-19 circumstance in India has seen a flood in the interest for clinical oxygen and beds for the COVID-19 patients. A few nations throughout the planet have approached to help India.
