The comeback movie of Aishwarya Rai “Jazbaa” has finally released and drawing quite a good opening. The former Miss World who has been on a five year pregnancy break has finally made her comeback with Jazbaa. The much hyped movie which has bundled anticipating audience will finally get to see her on the big screen. Beauty of aishwarya nad brains of Irrfan all overdo to make it quite one endearing watch.
Aishwarya Rai who plays a lawyer Anuradha Verma in the movie seems out quite a strong mom, whose daughter gets kidnapped. Her precise skills seem to be buffed up in this flick. Well it looks she could not have chosen another movie than Jazbaa to mark her comeback.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who plays the lawyer makes a good reputation of winning the cases and yes, payed well also. Her daughter Sanaya is kidnapped and in return of that she is forced to fight a case against one convicted felon, a rapist, criminal and a murderer. Poor she, could not even approach cops and the murderer are quite watching her. The hero, well a friend hero Irrfan Khan who is a suspended cop helps her in this battle where the both finds a way to release her daughter. Jazbaa, a race against time, where all she has are four days in hand.
Sanjay Gupta had always nailed movies with his directions and he is quite renowned for his gangster flicks which are filled with many XY chromosomes, battling, shooting and all the masala. Rai who plays the protagonist lady sharpens her performance under the direction and acquire a good place.
The court-room scenes are brilliant; Aishwarya is in a character that isn’t close to anything she has done before. She looks gorgeous and gutted as the scene requires her to be, but it is the supporting cast of Jazbaa – Irrfan Khan and Shabana Azmi who lift the film several notches above in every scene that they are on the screen. Jackie shroff is also seen in this drama after a long time.
So, to indulge in some suspense watch out Jazbaa, after all a beautiful lawyer mother measures all the verticals to find her daughter and a cop who delivers over the top dialogues.
