Kashmir in clutches of Violence; Militants attack near Rashtriya Rifles camp in Handwara

But, Pakistan doesn’t seem to learn from its previous experiences and is thus not refraining from their actions. The attack near a paramilitary camp at Langate in Handwara of Kupwara district by militants is the latest escapade in the issue.
