Yumthang Valley, Sikkim

Nohkalikai Falls, Cherrapunji
Nohkalikai Falls is the highest plunge waterfall of India, which is 1114 ft high. The waterfall is situated near Cherrapunji – located in East Khasi Hills of Meghalaya, India. It is one the wettest place of the country as well as the globe. Name of the waterfall is commonly related with ‘Ka Likai’, ‘Ka’ is the prefix given to female in Khasi language and ‘Likai’ is a woman who jumped off the cliff next to waterfall.

Mizoram

The carbonatite rocks available in this site are oldest of its kind in south Asia. This waterfall is located on Kaveri River.

Drang – Drung Glacier, Kargil
The mountain glacier near Pensi La in Kargil district of Jammu and Kashmir is also called as Durung Drung Glaciers. It is the largest glacier of Ladakh, which has a length of 23 kilometers (max), located at an elevation of 15680 ft above sea level. The place is situated 142 Km south of Kargil and 331 Km from east of Srinagar – capital of Jammu and Kashmir.

Deodar Forest, Himachal Pradesh
