Home Minister Rajnath Singh has claimed to be a saffron wave in West Bengal. Rajnath Singh said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win all the 42 Lok Sabha seats in the state. Claiming BJP won all the 42 seats in West Bengal, Rajnath Singh said on Friday that the BJP wave has put the Chief Minister in tension under pressure.
Addressing a rally in Kanthi, Rajnath said that Mamata Banerjee and her party Trinamool Congress are in such tension with the BJP wave that they are not even responding to Prime Minister Modi’s phone call. Rajnath Singh said that the whole country can understand that the BJP wave is spreading throughout Bengal, the party will wield the flag of victory over all the Lok Sabha seats here.
Rajnath reminded the people how Mamata Banerjee promised that if she becomes the chief minister, she will protect the mother goddess Manush, but none of the three is safe. Rajnath Singh accusing the Bengal government and said that Mamata Banerjee had made promises before she became Chief Minister, she failed in fulfilling her.
Rajnath Singh appealed to the people to vote for the people and said that there is no need to worry. In the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections, voting will be held on May 12 in Kanthi.
Significantly, BJP national president Amit Shah had recently said in an election rally that the party will win more than 23 Lok Sabha seats in West Bengal.
