Nokia all set to come back with 2 android devices by the end of this year

The telecommunication giant is all set to make a solid comeback in the Indian market with the launch of two new android devices. According to the reports, the Finnish giant NOKIA is launching Android 7.0 Nougat devices by the end of this year. The devices don’t have names yet but are said to have some great features like premium metal designs complete with IP68 certification, which means that they will be water resistant just as Samsung’s Galaxy S7. Other features will include 5.2-inch and 5.5-inch QHD touch screens, along with a fingerprint scanner and an innovative camera, the report noted.

It might come with a 3-D touch like technology, all thanks to the support for the Vulkan API and could bring “elements of touch and hover interaction“. Split-screen modes and advanced notification panel would be an icing on the candy.

The company is struggling for its retaining presence in the Indian market and thus has licensed Finland-based HMD to produce the ‘Nokia’ mobile phones and tablets.

Nokia making its mark again in the Indian market would be a nice watch but it would not be a cake walk for the company as Microsoft’s Lumia and Windows phone strategy didn’t seem to work out for the company even after the restructuring done in 2015. The features look promising and thus the Indian Market Smartphone Users are eagerly waiting for the launch as India is the fastest growing Smartphone network. We could only hope that this plan-B for Nokia works and we could have a little more competition in the market. The pricing of the phones is yet to be fixed and we are expecting it to be competitive enough for the running models and companies.
