Indian PM Narendra Modi finally posted his fitness video today on Twitter as per his promise. He was challenged by Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli for fitness which he undertook wonderfully. He felt delighted to pass on the challenge to Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy, table tennis player Manika Batra who won highest medals in Commonwealth Games 2018 and IPS officers, especially those above 40 years of age. In the video, PM has revealed his fitness secret. He is seen doing walk on a track inspired by five elements of nature, stretching exercises against a rock and meditating.
In his tweet, PM wrote “Here are moments from my morning exercises. Apart from Yoga, I walk on a track inspired by the Panchtatvas or 5 elements of nature – Prithvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Aakash. This is extremely refreshing and rejuvenating. I also practice breathing exercises. #HumFitTohIndiaFit.”

He carried on this fitness challenge chain. In his tweet, he further challenged other people through his tweet.
Well… this fitness challenge is a chain started by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Rathore. He put up a fitness challenge video by doing pushups and asked people to share their fitness videos by tagging three people. Even, in March, the PM pitched for a ‘Fit India’ programme in his monthly ‘Mann ki Baat’ address.
