The Sky is Pink: Priyanka Chopra and her latest choices Prove that she is a Game Changer

A few weeks ago, it was reported that Priyanka Chopra has left the Salman Khan starrer Bharat due to some personal reasons. Recently, the actress started shooting for the upcoming Bollywood film The Sky is Pink along with Zaira Wasim and Farhan Akhtar.

While the former is a typical Bollywood masala film featuring Salman Khan, the latter is a heart touching story of Aisha Chaudhary, a teenager who went on to become a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Clearly, it’s a bold choice to make in a film industry ruled by the Khans and most of the actresses remain eager to work with stars like Salman Khan. It has been seen in various cases that people who take a panga with Salman Bhai often have to go through a tough time, like Vivek Oberoi.

However, Priyanka Chopra is at a stage where she has earned enough respect and fame for herself by bagging some major projects in Hollywood after her show Quantico. Certainly, she doesn’t need any support from a hero and she isn’t threatened by anyone as she can efficiently carry a film on her shoulders.

With the movie The Sky is Pink, Priyanka Chopra is going to play a mother of a teenage girl which indicates how much she values the roles that she takes up. Earlier also, she had refused Salman’s Mr. and Mrs. Khanna that led to a cold war between the two.

While some believe that the reason for her exit from Bharat at the very last moment is that she is planning to marry the rockstar Nick Jonas later this year. However, some suggest that the decision could also be a result of the fact that the actress has bagged a role opposite Chris Pratt in the upcoming Hollywood movie Cowboy Ninja Viking.

Well whatever may be the reason, one thing is sure that Priyanka surely knows how to take risks and how to make her own way to success. As per the reports, she hasn’t charged any fee for the film, rather she will be sharing a percentage of profit in the film.
