Rajasthan: BJP leader Ramlal Gurjar shot at in Jhalawar

The former chairman of Bhawanimandi Nagarpalika and Bharatiya Janta Party leader from Jhalawar district Ramlal Gurjar attack by a bunch of shooters on Saturday night leaving him severely injured. Four persons including a BJP leader were injured when three-four persons opened fire at them after a social function in Bhawanimandhi area.

The accused purposely opened fire and targeted him, police said. According to the sources, Ramlal Gurjar is shot with two bullets and severely injured.

Meanwhile, Jhalawar MP Dushyant Singh slammed the Congress government for the situation and entitles it with “Paralysis of the law & order” amid model code of conduct in force.

Local police said, ‘Gurjar and three others received bullet injuries. They were admitted to the district hospital where their condition is stable. Different teams have been formed to locate and arrest the accused.’
