Rajasthan Assembly Elections 2018 are due in the end of the year. All the political parties are gearing up for the elections in the state. There are two major parties for the state i.e. BJP and Congress. BJP’s has clarified its face of election which is Vasundhara Raje while the opposition party Congress has not put forward any specific name. As per the reports, Rahul Gandhi declared himself the face for Congress.
During Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje slammed this decision of Congress National President. She called it weakness of Congress party. She asked whether Gandhi consider Sachin Pilot, Ashok Gehlot and CP Joshi so weak that he himself declared himself as the face of assembly elections for Rajasthan.
CM Raje further called this a clear indication that Congress is fearful of losing in Rajasthan. The party leaders have no confidence n themselves and their capabilities.
CM takes a dig at Rahul’s knowledge of Rajasthan region
It is funny to make a person election face of the region, of which he is unaware. Talking about Rajasthan, it is not known to Rahul Gandhi. He hardly knows Rajasthan. He had even mistaken a region of Rajasthan with of Madhya Pradesh polls. If he does not know about a city or a town or a district located in Rajasthan the how could he deal with problems of that state.
Well.. she also questioned Gandhi’s proposed visit to Govind Dev Temple on August 11. He had been to Jaipur several times then why he wanted to visit temple just before the polls in state.
