The wait for Rajinikanth’s 2.0 is over now as the movie will hit the screens on November 29. The movie has been raising curiosity since the time of its announcement. The highlight of the movie is Tollywood superstar Rajinikanth and Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will share the screen for the first time. The release date of 2.0 changed so many times. It was supposed to be released in December 2017 but it didn’t happen. Later, it was later shifted to January 26 and then April 2018. This continuous extension of release date made the audience unsure about its release.
Movie is produced by Lyca Productions. This move is sequel to 2010 blockbuster Enthiran which earned well at the box office. 2.0 is a science fiction. In this movie, Rajinikanth is featured as hero while the antagonist is being played by Akshay Kumar. The movie also features Amy Jackson. Talking about the budget of the movie, it costs more than Rs 400 crore. Thus, become the costliest Indian film to date. In fact, Zee group has bagged broadcast rights of movie 2.0 at Rs 110 crore.
In fact, the Khiladi Kumar Akshay Kumar is quiet excited about this debut and working with Rajinikanth. He also shared his experience of working with him and called him very amazing. In the movie, he plays the bad guy- the ominous crow.
