Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will brief both houses of the Parliament the crash of a military plane near Coonoor, which left 13 dead, including Chief of Staff Bipin Rawat. Rawat was travelling to the Defense Services Staff College in Wellington to attend the event. A helicopter crashes before reaching its destination in Wellington. The results were paid to General Rawat, India’s first executive director.

8. Rescue is in danger when a helicopter crashes in a difficult location. Local witnesses said they did not see such an explosion.
