The Delhi government is ready to launch an improved portal, Rojgaar Bazaar 2.0, for young job seekers and small businesses looking for skilled workers in Delhi.
Last year, the Delhi government launched the Rojgaar Bazaar portal, a digital job search platform for entry-level jobs in India. Senior Deputy Minister Manish Sisodia said Rojgaar Bazaar 2.0 will be the first innovative platform launched by the state government to seamlessly provide all service-related services to its citizens.
According to Manish Sisodia, the Rojgar Bazaar 1.0 portal was launched by CM Arvind Kejriwal in August 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and was a lifesaver for unemployed young people and small businesses in Delhi.

The role of continuing content
The current Rojgar Bazaar portal already has more than 14 lakh and 10 lakh job seekers. The new Rojgar Bazaar 2.0 portal is India’s unique digital platform that offers all skills related to skill training, career guidance and job hunting.
Sisodia said: “The platform also offers a variety of other important services. Skills, career guidance, skill certification, automated analytics services, and much more can help job seekers improve their ability to lead meaningful lives. Services such as training and career guidance help job seekers pursue their desired careers, while a powerful analytics platform provides valuable insights into policymaking and positive impact in this area.”
