With the Help of RSLDC Raje Government is Preparing Skilled Workforce to Meet Global Employment Requirements

Rajasthan state is on its move towards defeating unemployment. In 2004, Rajasthan government introduced the innovative idea of skill development with a strong mission of fighting against poverty and lack of employment. The scheme was made to focus on the innovative strategies for under-privileged section of the state. The programme is making sure that the poor and vulnerable people get the utmost benefit and improve their skills to earn a better lifestyle for them.
With a view of nourishing the employability of working part of the state, skill development is focused of enhancing the earning capacity of people. The skill and livelihood development in 2009-10 ran on specific plans to yield further motivation to the skill training.

If we look into the success status of the scheme from 2014 to 2016, a total of 1,67,849 youths got trained. There are 287 active SDCs across the state. Also, in total 21343 youths are undergoing the training.
Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation have its courses divided into three sections:
• Employment Linked Skill Training programes (ELSTP)
• Regular Skill Training Programmes (RSTP)
• Vocational Training Programes (RSDIS/VTP)

Under this programme, raje government have plans to provide employment to 15 lakh youths in the state. CM Vasundhara Raje government is putting arduous efforts on the programme of skill and livelihood development. With this, state government is keeping livelihood development on the top priority. During the previous working period, the government took the big project of skill and livelihood development. And following the previous times, state government is continuing with this big project during this time also.
Youths of the state have to be skilled to snatch the benefits of advancement in the state. Keeping this in mind, state government is doing peerless work in the field of skill and livelihood development programme in the state.
