Seeing the change in Indian technologies and government policies, it’s evident that the country is poised to emerge as the skill capital of India. With the center investing Rs 32,000 crores in skill development 24 PMKKs (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra) have been set up at various areas to provide state-of-the-art training to the youth.

In last one decade, the state has experienced a dramatic shift from rural to urban, farms to commercial agriculture, unorganized to organized markets, subsistence-level incomes to above-average wages and schools to work. Thus, it’s essential to train the youth so they can adapt these transitions. Currently, many youths working in various jobs don’t have the talent to hold their position. The unexpected leap in technology might be a reason behind it.

Seeing that demand and supply of skilled individuals is constantly increasing, it’s natural for Raje government to invest in youth training. The upcoming projects of the government that is Japain-India Manufacturing Institute (Neemrana) and Bhartiya Skill Development Institute reflect high ambitions of the state government in this regard. This will help government provide better jobs to more people in the coming times.
