Why Salman Khan easily got away with everything? Here’s the entire story

Salman khan easily got away with blackbuck and chinkara case

Salman Khan was acquitted on Monday for killing chinkaras in two cases. Earlier, he was acquitted in the infamous hit-and-run case. And then there was the rape comment. One after the other the bhai of Bollywood has easily got away with serious crimes and his crime files rested in peace under dust in the High Courts and Supreme Court.  Salman Khan has always gotten away with his actions and instead has been the star of many. This is injustice. Another example has been set where questions on the Indian Judiciary system has been raised for acquitting Salman Khan, the man in all the cases he has ever been involved be it the hit and run case, or the chinkaras two separate cases or the rape comment. Neither has Salman ever stepped forward to seek sorry from the people of the country who have been offended nor has he ever explained any of his actions.

WHY SALMAN KHAN?

Seriously Salman? And seriously people? Give it another thought. Do we really need to praise what he does? Do we really need an icon like him, a 50 year old ‘youth icon’? Does his movies like SULTAN really deserve a 500 crore business from the common people of the country? Does he deserve to be the goodwill ambassador for the Indian contingent for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games? I say NO, let’s all say NO together. It’s high time now that we BOYCOTT SALMAN KHAN. They say it’s never too late to draw a line and in this case if not now, it will never happen. Salman Khan is one individual in the country which not only has a strong base but also equal number of haters. He has always been able to get away with such things by just showing the power of his money or by changing the victims and the eye witnesses in every case.

On Salman Khan being elected as the goodwill ambassador for the Indian contingent for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, sportsmen like Milkha Singh and bronze-medallist at the London Olympics Yogeshwar Dutt expressed their concern and suggest revising his name for the goodwill ambassador. Our own flying jat, Milkha Sing said, “It would have been better to pick a sportsperson in his place. I am of the view that our sportspersons; be those from shooting, athletics, volleyball or other sports, they are the real ambassadors of India who would represent the country in the Olympics. Still, if we had to pick an ambassador, it could have been from the sporting arena. I want that the decision to name Salman Khan as ambassador should be revised,”

And why not? I believe he shall not even be the last option for such an event. Talking about his criminal cases, they have been talked about, discussed in prime time news hours and have been debated a lot for almost 2 decades now. The court too took 18 years to decide and come to a conclusion in the two different chinkara cases that happened in 1998 summers and what came out? Salman Khan acquitted of all allegations.

REACTIONS OF PEOPLE

This is something that the Indian ‘wise’ and ‘unbiased’ people could not take. As soon as the news of Salman Khan being acquitted from Rajasthan High Court on Monday came out, people all over the country came out to express their refusal on the decision. Let me show you some of the best tweets which are enough to see the wrong happening and the injustice being done. Have a look:

WHAT EXACTLY HAPPENED?

What max could a poor judge would have done in this case if all the evidence were paid and changed or were disappeared. He was left with no other option but to set Salman Khan free. Let me tell you why it took almost 2 decades for the court to come to this decision.
There were two different incidents which took place in 1998 in the Jodhpur district of the state of Rajasthan, where Salman Khna with 7 more was accused of killing two chinkara community animals. During this time, the Bollywood star was shooting for director Sooraj Barjatiya’s movie, ‘Hum Saath Saath Hai’.

The trial court (CJM) had found guilty on him in both the cases and further sentenced him to one year imprisonment on February 17, 2006 and 5 year imprisonment on April 10, 2006 respectively. The convictions were then challenged by Salman Khan in the session court, which declined the appeal in Mathania’s case and transmitted appeal to the high court in Bhawad’s case, where two appeals were already pending by the state government.

After this hearing on both the cases begun in the high court on 16th November 2015 and ended on 13th May 2016. The driver of the car, Harish Dulani was considered as the eye witness in both the cases. Now while aciquitting Salman Khan from all taints, high court stated the following points:

  • The place where the chinkaras were hunted was never indentified
  • The vehicle that was found didn’t had enough evidences against Salman Khan
  • Deer’s carcass was not found
  • The weapon used for the hunt was also never found
  • The blood stains on the car didn’t match the deer’s blood
  • the pellets recovered from the vehicle could not have been used to hunt the chinkara

LET’S END THIS

So what would have happened then? Do you mean to say probably the black buck would have committed a suicide? Also, when the Rajasthan High Court gave the verdict, the overly loved star was not present in the court. Acquittal of Salman by HC in black Buck case is a poor reflection on state of justice system & difficulty of bringing influential to account. What do you think of the decision given by Rajasthan HC? Was the verdict justified? Will this happen every time Salman Khan will do something like this? Can he literally get away with anything, even killing? Can he make a joke out of everything, including the Indian Judicial System and be set free? Can money literally buy everything?
THINK!!
