High Rated Gabru – the song which has topped the chart from the time of its launch yesterday features Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor. While Shraddha has got the temperatures soaring with her sizzling and modish appearance, Varun Dhawan brings in his staple swag. The song is from one of the most anticipated movies of the year – Nawabzaade. The duo is accompanied by leading dancers like Raghav, Punit and Dharmesh. This team of five including Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Raghav, Punit, and Dharmesh were also seen together in ABCD 2.
The funky five have come together again to create magic on screens. Launched yesterday, the song video has already got 15,326,018 views within a day. While the sight is soothing for sore eyes, the melody is super addicting and shall continue to ring in your ears minutes after you have heard it. This was palpable, given that the music is by the fantastic Guru Randhawa. The Bollywood Jodi has sure given a glossier feel and vibe.
Varun took to Twitter to share his excitement on the launch of the song:

Clearly, the ABCD 2 pair has successfully won hearts again by their adorable camaraderie and unquestionable chemistry. On being asked how she feels about working with Varun and recreating High-Rated Gabru, she said, “When I got to know that we are going to be shooting a video for High Rated Gabru, I got even more excited because the song is fantastic and so loved. The whole experience of shooting it was fun. I felt nostalgic.” The movie has another star cast and doesn’t feature Shraddha and Varun in the lead. The two were approached to shoot this song. The aim was to garner more eyeballs, attention, and likeability for the movie.
Nawabzaade has been written and produced by Remo and is the directorial debut of Jayesh Pradhan.
