Shweta Bachchan Nanda launches her clothing label and father Amitabh Bachchan can’t stop gushing about it
Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Nanda has just launched her own clothing label named MSXWorld with leading designer Monisha Jaising and we can’t stop gushing about it and so is her proud father.
On the launch of MSXWorld, Shweta’s co-owned label, Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter and shared a picture of is daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda and granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda posing together. He captioned the post – “It’s Daughter & Daughter UNLIMITED .. the @mxsworld .. a very proud Father and Nana .. my love and blessings ever unlimited.
The two are wearing co-ordinated clothes and looking elegantly chic. Shweta is donning a graffiti skirt and a comfortable white camisole, while Navya can be seen in tee and pants. Shweta has been foraying into different business segments, whether it is writing books, TV commercials or having her own clothing label.
Here is how MxS was defined: “MxS”, a luxury prêt label; born from a partnership between two unique & creative minds, Monisha Jaising and Shweta Bachchan Nanda.”

The mother-daughter duo who can also be called as look-alikes is making multiple public appearances, at award functions, Bollywood parties or random outings. Shweta appeared in the ad of Kalyan Jewellers with her father. This was her acting debut and was slammed by the All India Bank Officers’ Confederation for being disrespectful towards the banking community. Watch the ad here:
Not only this, Shweta has been very vocal about her choices – about her choice of not entering Bollywood. She wrote a blog which read the reason like: “Let’s just say I chickened out, learning very early on what being in the business meant for me, I chose to live away from its glitter and glamour. This was MY decision, not one thrust on me from any member of my family because of my gender.”
