Union Minister Smriti Irani recently posted a photo of husband Zubin Irani posing with none other than superstar Shah Rukh Khan on her Instagram handle. Although the photo was simply candid, it was the caption that gained all the attention of the netizens.
Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan and Zubin Irani have been friends since childhood and the two are quite close. In fact, when Zubin had her first daughter with ex-wife Mona, it was SRK who had named the girl Shanelle.
The photo seems to be taken during the engagement ceremony of Akash Ambani and Shlok Mehta a few days ago in Mumbai. Both SRK and Zubin appear to be engrossed in discussion in the photo. Smriti Irani’s caption on the pic says, “And, they say only women gossip.”
The actor-turned-minister Smriti Irani is quite active on Instagram as she always garners attention on her photos. Back in May, she had posted a poster of Avengers: Infinity War with the caption, “you are an #avengers fan when the credits roll and you still wait for the post credit scene.”
After the post, many people regarded her as the “coolest minister ever.”
