BJP leader Sushma Swaraj, the first woman Foreign Minister of India is the perfect example of an authoritative female who acquired a leadership position outside of dynasty. Known for helping distressed Indians across the world, the commanding woman liberationist lays sick and distressed at New Delhi’s AIIMs (All India Institute of Medical Sciences). A tweet by Swaraj revealed she has been admitted to the hospital on November 7 (Wednesday) for a possible kidney transplant. As of now, Sushma Swaraj undergoes dialysis and other tests.
Swaraj, who’s quite active on social media sought blessings from Lord Krishna and shared this news with fellow Indians on Twitter.

An Overview Swaraj’s Medical Condition
Sources say she has had a history of diabetes that clearly affected sound functioning of her kidneys. The BJP leader was rushed to AIIMS in April after she complained of chest congestion. She was diagnosed with mild pneumonia and fever but the doctors discharged her within a few days of treatment. Currently, she’s undergoing certain endocrinological tests under the supervision of Cardio Thoracic Centre chief Dr. Balram Airan.
