You may soon get a letter from PM Modi. Here are the details!

The Ayushman Bharat Programme – Everything You Should Know About It

Prime Minister Narendra Modi started out this wonderful campaign for Ayushman Bharat for the benefit of the citizens. Technically, it is less of a campaign and more of a dedicated effort. He launched this scheme in Jharkhand as a flagship scheme of the center under the National Health Protection Mission (AB-NHPM) on September 25.

The scheme has made the poor and the deprived rural families as the fulcrum of its beneficiaries. They have identified the occupational category of urban workers’ families, 8.03 crore in rural and 2.33 crore in urban areas.

He has taken the onus of spreading the message to the entire nation. So what is exactly PM Modi planning to do?

He has decided to write letters to 100 million families, which will further contribute to spreading a strong word about the scheme and how it can help each one of them, in ways more than one.

What’s even more impressive is that the scheme has automatically registered the population belonging to the bottom strata of the country. The people were registered as per the socio-economic caste census data.

The programme has automatically registered 40 percent of India’s population that make up the bottom of the population as per the socio-economic caste census data.

What’s the benefit?

With this scheme, PM Modi provides an average of Rs 5 lakh per family annually. The benefit can be availed in the government and listed private hospitals. The scheme was renamed as the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Abhiyan (PMJAY).

After hearing all this, are you wondering that why is PM Modi writing letters to people? Well, this is because it was discovered that around 50 million beneficiaries of the programme are not aware they are eligible for this benefit.

The BJP Raj has been a shower of blessings for the citizens and Ayushman Bharat is just one of them.
