A tattoo is a form of body modification, made by inserting indelible ink into the dermis layer of the skin to change the pigment. Tattooing has been practiced across the globe since at least Neolithic times, as evidenced by mummified preserved skin, ancient art, and the archaeological record. The oldest discovery of tattooed human skin was found on the upper lip of a Chinchorro culture mummy from South America, dating to approximately 6000 BC.

Getting a tattoo is in fashion as more it reflects your persona. It speaks out your hidden desires. Earlier some people have been tattooed forcibly. Well, that was a time where tattoo was inked to identify a person considering some myths. Nowadays, tattoo is another fascinating thing as it keeps you upright with the trend and fashion. For some it reflects aggression for otters it reflects love. However, before getting inked one shall consider following things in mind:

1. Make sure you are not allergic

There are some people who are allergic with one or the other thing. Like some people are allergic to lipsticks and eye shadows, you never know you might also be allergic to other things.  Sometimes, the same compound that is found in tattoo is found in make up, so it may lead to some allergic reaction. Concern a dermatologist before getting a tattoo so that you get to know what all inks you must avoid.

2. Set your area of getting inked

It is very essential factor to be considered, you need to see where you want to flaunt your inked beauty. Concern the tattoo artists and your friends, but ultimately your choice must play the role.

3. Get inked by professionals

However, it may get long to get inked by professional  tattoo artists as they are lined up by queue of appointments. Make sure you are the one in the queue as if you head to amateur tattoo artists they might make a blunder of your long tattoo desire. Amateur tattoos are often applied by uneven hands.

4. Store knowledge about different lasers in case you want to remove

As no single laser can remove all the different colors that are put on the tattoo. To make sure, that if you dislike your tattoo it could be discolored by different laser wavelengths for different colors. At times, you may need multiple lasers to remove a particular tattoo. So research well considering all the pros and cons.

5. More questions you ask, more you are safe

Before you are getting inked, let your thoughts flow, as piling up doubts will do no good. Make sure you visit the place before you are finally making a move. Ask about the needle they are using, after ointments, does it pains, flush out your mind before the professional tattoo artist.

6. A good tattoo may charge you good

If you are going for tattoo by an expert, beauty is guaranteed. Though he/she will charge a good amount but c’mon it is going to stay with you for life. However, if you look for cheap deals you might need to compromise with the quality and the finishing.

7. Your ribs, feet and butt will hurt the more

If you are looking for tattooing your ribs feet or buts you shall think again or better keep someone along to be an empathizer at the very moment. You should reconsider or bring along some Advil to take after your appointment (taking it before will thin your blood and possibly make you bleed more during the process).

After you have finally made it, the feeling is epic and simply reconcile your wisdom and bravado.
