7. CHITTORGARH FORT – Chittorgarh
Built by the Mauryans in the 7th century.
It is the largest fort of the country beating every other fort with its grandeur.
Also known as the Water Front, the fort is located at the bank of River Berach.
Rajasthan’s most celebrated festival of Jauhar Mela is hosted in here every year.
