First the media was abuzz when they discovered the relationship between Amrita Rai and Congress General Secretary, Digvijay Singh and now it’s gone in a tizzy, once again after Rai too to Facebook to announce her marriage to the politician. In an open letter from Amrita Rai, where she writes to confront her love and marriage before the media, which has had trolled her.
Digvijay Singh previously confirmed his relationship with the journalist saying,“She and her husband have already filed a mutual consent divorce case. Once that is decided we would formalize it,” as posted on Twitter. Digvijaya Singh has one son, a politician himself, and four daughters from his wife Asha who died in 2013 after a long illness.
Amrita Rai finally rationalized her step and wrote an open letter to unravel her immense love for Digvijajya Singh and mentioned she has no interest in his money.
