Development is the only word which is being discussed in the whole world today and there is a competition among every country for attaining the best results, keeping development as the main motto for every plan and activity being done. India, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is influencing the whole world with his vision for India and its overall growth. It is worldwide proved that India PM has his full faith and belief in development-oriented governance. Same is the case with the Rajasthan Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje. With the proper vision and true hard work, she is spellbound with the idea of transforming Rajasthan into a developed state where each and every person could flourish and led a beautiful life full of luxuries. This realm is surely not easy to come true and Rajasthan CM is well known of this. But, with each day passing, she is adamant to work harder and plan policies the way, they could be most beneficial to the public. All her policies and development plans are with the intention of keeping the public in the center of every scheme so that they could reap the best possible benefits out of the government schemes.
With the vision of development and collaboration from the whole world in this mission, Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje is on her 12 days tour of 2 countries, Russia, and Dubai, to seek their cooperation in the development path of Rajasthan. Initially, the CM has arrived at St. Petersburg (Russia). The Deputy Chairman of the CM’s Advisory Council Shri CS Rajan, Principal OSD to CM Shri Arijit Banerjee and other senior officials were also present with her. The other ministers like Industries Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Khinvsar and Urban Development Minister Shri Rajpal Singh Shekhawat along with other officials will accompany the Chief Minister in different parts of the tour. The delegation has met with the Russian ministers and experts to discuss issues and matters related to tourism and other fields. The renowned persons of this field like Director General of Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur, Pooja Sood was also a part of this delegation. Russia bestowed a lot of interest in discussing the investment potential in Rajasthan as it has always been famous as a hot tourist destination all over the world.
During her 2 days stay in St. Petersburg, matters like art restoration and heritage conservation were discussed. Russia was also interested in investment partnerships in India in future. Smt. Vasundhara Raje had appreciated and looked forward towards the city as St. Petersburg is one of the world’s most city being the hub of 36 architectural complexes and over 400 individual monuments. It is known as the cultural capital of Russia. Matters like youth education and architectural sites restoration and conservation is being discussed with renowned archaeologist Mikhail Borisovich Piotrovski. Rajasthan is also famous for its architectural designs and beautiful monuments. CM is the view of converting Rajasthan into a living museum with the assistance of Mr. Piotrovski to which he responded very positively. He said that he is eager to take this opportunity at its earliest. He is of the view that Rajasthan has a lot to offer to the world including forts, monuments, and palaces from the ancient times.
In the next day meeting of CM with the Governor Mr. G Poltavcenko, discussions on energy conservations and machine and medicine industry, etc matters were discussed. The strengthening bonds between Russia and India were appreciated and Rajasthan was considered a huge tourist attraction destination by the governor. The meeting was concluded with the invitation by the Cm to the Governor to visit Rajasthan and send their representative entrepreneurs in the next MSMI Conclave to be held in Rajasthan in March 2017.
Later, the tour headed towards the sprawling city of Yekaterinburg, the administrative capital of Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia, where she attended INNOPROM 2016, in which India is a partner. It is a mega trade fair attended by her with the Russian Minister for Trade & Industry, Denis Manturov, and discussed various financial and industrial developments where Rajasthan and Russia could go side by side.
This possible collaboration could lead Rajasthan, the leadership of Smt. Vasundhara Raje to new heights in the sector of Infrastructure, urban planning, manufacture control, heavy machinery and engineering sectors, etc. With this, the new paths of success and development will open for Rajasthan under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje.
