Hollywood star Vin Diesel finally arrived in India on January 11. He received a wonderful welcome as he came to India to promote his new film xXx: The Return of Xander age. The film has become a centre of attention in India and abroad, for the stellar cast which stars in it. Deepike Padukone, who is the Indian superstar makes her Hollywood debut with this film, raising the popularity quotient even higher.
Diesel was accompanied by xXx director DJ Caruso. The two Hollywood personalities were escorted by Deepika, who welcomed the crew with all her heart.
There was ultimate fanfare which had lined up outside the airport. There were women dressed in red saris and yellow turbans who greeted them with much fondness. Diesel looked excited as he waved out to the media and to the crowd there with much gusto.
The girls then proceeded to apply ’tilak’ on Diesel’s forehead, which is the Indian way of greeting a guest. Diesel then posed for photos before disappearing back into the airport from where he took the VIP exit and drove straight to St. Regis hotel where he is staying.
Diesel is expected to stay for a couple of days. His schedule for January 12 is jam-packed with a fan meet, press interaction and a grand premiere of xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
Diesel, Deepika Padukone and director DJ Caruso will meet the press and address a conference. Post the press briefing, team xXx will meet their fans at Phoenix Mills.

The film #XxX:TheReturnofXanderCage is the third sequel to the 2002 film ‘XxX’ followed by the 2005 released second sequel named ‘xXx: State of the Union’.
If you are asking for what’s more? In the third installment of the film, which is all set to release on January 14th, will feature the dapper Vin Diesel as Xander Cage. Deepika Padukone on the other hand will portray the role of a huntress Serena Unger.
DeePee will be starred as a hunter in this extravagant sequel which has power packed performances shot at ultra-beautific locations.
