Well, the Indian Cricket team captain proved that he is definitely not taking his beard lightly. He got his beard insured and here is the visual.
India batsman KL Rahul shared the visual reiterating that Virat Kohli’s beard possessiveness is absolute. The visual had two men clicking pictures of Virat’s beard, while Virat was sitting like a king on the sofa.
“Haha, I knew you were obsessed with your beard @imVkohli but this news of you getting your beard insured confirms my theory,” Rahul captioned the video and posted on Twitter. As a matter of fact, he had also refused to cut his beard when his peer and friend Ravindra Jadeja had extended him the #breakingthebeard challenge.

Recently, Virat Kohli’s wax statue which was unveiled at the Madame Tussauds museum in New Delhi was subjected to damage due to the uncontrollable excitement of fans. However, the museum team confirmed that the statue has been mended and will be installed at the museum soon. The statue has Virat wearing the Indian team’s ODI jersey and he is looking just as handsome as he looks in reality!
India skipper Virat Kohli was also presented with the prestigious Polly Umrigar award for the best international cricketer (2016-17 and 2017-18) at the BCCI Awards held in Bengaluru on Tuesday. The cricketer was also named amongst the highest paid sports persons across the globe.
Recently, he also posted a video with wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, while the two were sweating it out in the gym. He also revealed that his wife can do more cardio than him and lauded her for the same!
