However, Sehwag has melted down all these talks as a pure rumor, he in his talk with the Indian newspaper ‘The Hindu’ has confirmed “He had not yet retired from any form of cricket”. Meanwhile Anirudh Chaudhary, Secratery of Haryana Cricket Association (HCA) told ‘The Hindu’ that Sehwag has been contracted by HCA for the current domestic season as ‘Mentor’, “he will inform HCA and BCCI whenever he decides to take retirement” added Chaudhary.

Shewag has been considering his future association with cricket and move to Haryana from Delhi, focusing on the need of helping young side. Anyways the opener has reconciled to the fact that his comeback in International cricket is tough, although not impossible.
