The Delhi High Court said on Saturday that if any authority at the central, state or local organization was discouraging in the getting or supply of oxygen, at that point it would “hang” that individual.

The observation by a seat of Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli came during becoming aware of a supplication by Maharaja Agrasen Hospital over deficiency of oxygen for genuinely sick COVID patients.

The court advised the Delhi government to give it one occasion of who was deterring the oxygen supply and said “we will hang that man”.

The question came after the Delhi government said it was getting just 380 MT oxygen each day in the course of recent days and it got distinctly around 300 MT on Friday.
