The new company Xiaomi has also entered the Indian market to grab the focus of the country with the largest number of smartphone users. Now, Xiaomi is all set introduce a new smartphone in the market, “Xiaomi Redmi 3S”. Xiaomi is a Chinese company and it has now sent media invites to launch the phone and unveil its price and availability at 12pm on Wednesday.
This event will also be live cast on Company’s official website. The phone has already been launched in China in the month of June with two variants. The variants are on the basis of memory and inbuilt storage. The pricing is set in China as the model with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory is priced at CNY 699 or Rs. 7000 approximately. The 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage variant come at CNY 899 or Rs. 9000 approximately.
The Xiaomi Redmi 3S is the successor of Xiaomi Redmi 3. The main difference between the two is that Redmi 3S comes with a fingerprint scanner at the back. It has hybrid dual SIM (Micro+Nano) slot with Android 5.1 Lollypop-based MIUI7 operating system. The phone come power packed with a huge 5-inch HD display of 720×1280 pixels IPS display. What makes this phone perfect for gamers is its octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor clubbed with Adreno 505 GPU.
As far as other features are concerned, a camera is the most talked about feature. The phone has a 13-megapixel rear camera which supports 1080p HD video recording and LED flash. As far as the front camera is concerned, a 5-megapixel camera is there which is also capable of recording 1080p videos. To support all these functions, the phone is well prepared with a 4100mAh battery.

The Xiaomi 3S is available in three basic colors naming, Grey, Silver and Gold options in China. The importance of Indian Market for the company could be understood with the fact that India would be the first company to release Redmi 3S smartphone right after its initial launch in home country China. We could hope for a tough competition in this price range with the launch of this phone.
