Yay! Maggi noodles are coming back on its way

maggi is back in india

The prolonged event that was encapsulated by various ups and downs about the Maggi test and its examination in many laboratories have finally passed with good marks. It has been two days since Maggi samples passed the tests in three laboratories designated by Bombay high Court. Karnataka and Gujarat Government are finally eradicated the ban of putting this tasteful appetite in the market from which every generation was bereft from  past few months after it was tested to contain lead.

This Nestle India product had found no base on putting the ban and thereby it will be out for sale in Gujarat and Karnataka. Gujarat Food and Drug Control Authority (FDCA) lifted the ban on the sale of Maggi noodles after the Bombay High Court lifted the nationwide ban on it in August.  Gujarat FDCA Commissioner HG Koshia said “”FDCA had lifted the ban on Maggi in Gujarat during August after the Bombay High Court passed an order to lift the ban across India. We took the decision based on the court order.”

The minister of Karnataka UT Khader said lack of clarity upon the permissible limits of monosodium glutamate (MSG) and lead “forced” the government to withdraw the ban on Maggi.”

However, Maggi is still not available in the Gujarat market as it is still going with certain examinations. The company is abiding by the court order to get it samples tested from three more laboratories.

An awe-inspiring moment for many when Nestle quoted “that all samples of Maggi have cleared tests conducted by three laboratories, as mandated by Bombay High Court, paving the way for the instant noodles brand to be back in the market after it was banned over the presence of excess lead.”

The company on its grounds said that the manufacturing and sell will start only after the samples will get tested in the designated three labs. However, Maggi is sure that it has potential to pass all the test come in its way that did not make the advertisement displayed on Page 1.

The humongous connection with Maggi is from ages and this abrupt ban devastated the taste buds of many. However, with new hopes and new start, an all new Maggi is here to hit the market.
