At the sixth job fair, PM Modi distributes joining letters to over 70,000 job seekers

Head of State Narendra Modi handed over joining letters to 70,000 job seekers at the sixth version of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) work fair on Tuesday. The fair was held in New Delhi and attended by more than 1 lakh job seekers. PM Modi stated that the PMKVY is a “game-changer” in the employment sector during his speech at the event.

He said the plan has assisted in making over 4.33 lakh occupations over the most recent eight months. PM Modi additionally noted that the public authority is focused on opening doors for the young people of the country. He stated that the government is working on several projects to generate more jobs. One of the government’s most prominent skill development programs is the PMKVY. Over 40 lakh youth will receive training in various fields through the scheme. Manufacturing, IT/BPO, and hospitality are just a few of the industries where the plan has succeeded in creating jobs.

The PMKVY job fair’s sixth edition was a huge success. Over one million job seekers registered for the fair. The fair also saw more than 100 organizations partake in the occasion.
