For the first time in the history of dining, a local ingenious Ahmedabad businessman, Bharat Bhatt, proudly presents his new underwater restaurant, Real Posiedon, in Ahemdabad. Yes! You heard that right.
It took him two long years to construct this breathtaking underwater restaurant with a sitting of 32 in a 1200 square ft dining hall. What makes it even more special is that it is covered by an aquarium which has 1, 50,000 liters of water and includes 4000 species of fishes to fascinate the diners. This mesmerizing underwater restaurant serves the best delicious vegetarian food to the foodies of different cuisines including Punjabi, Chinese, Thai and Mexican. Though the non-vegetarians might have to wait a tad bit.
This restaurant which looks like a dream is erected 20 feet below the ground level and a fairy staircase leads the diners to their destination. The owner Bharat Bhatt said, “I had been part of building a restaurant back in 2004-05 and had been toying with this idea to float a restaurant with a novel concept since several years. Once we decided on this concept and we were sure it could be done, we started working on it”. Not just he gave an enthralling underwater dining experience to the people but in the near future, he might also arrange a live orchestra for the entertainment of the guests.
